Killed Borris, read the note to have Ifan meet up with Zaleskar ... Ifan talks directly to Zaleskar, even asking his name -- can't progress the quest. I get that we can still progress after this as far as Ifan's quest, but ... that crossbow is amazing and I want it. Kind of sucks that killing Borris and reading the note after he's dead breaks that part of the quest.

Would be great if that could be patched.

The same happened to me today. It seems it's pretty easy to break questlines if they aren't done the exact way developers intended.

This happens when you leave Fort Joy before you talk to Borris OR if you do the "Hammered" achievement, because from the note alone Ifan doesn't get the idea that he could ask this Zaleskar guy for the weapon, even though the questlog says otherwise after you pick up the note from his dead body ("Hammered" achievement inevitably means that Borris dies as well, because he is around).

Clearly a bug.

Bug is still present with latest release (190.74). There is no specific dialogue option for advancing Ifan quest if he read the note on Boris corpse.

Can you please fix this, Larian?
