I am building a mod, i want to make the petrifying touch skill works like shocking touch, usable by all characters, i created a skillbook, and linked the petrifyingtouch skill to the skillbook i created, i tested it in sandbox mode and it's working fine, but i can't integrate to the game, i want to make that all earth skillsbooks vendors sell my petrifyingtouch skillbook.
