ok more on this issue. What a pain its turned into. Here is want I know.
when I deleted a layer and renamed it. it corrupted something.
Now I have two layers same name when I delete the duplicate all layer that once had that name delete... something is messed up with the layers.. I just corrupted an area messing about with them..
make sure you back up in each action you make with the layers.. I have lost about 10 hours work.
when you delete them they do not delete the entry comes back as Unnamed.. you cant remove them...
