ends up I have no clue what's going on.. in the editor everything works find..
boot game and the level is empty nothing is there.. all items are gone...
EDIT
this was because I roll back to an old backup.
But something is wrong. I just check a level that was finished long ago and now all items are outside their layers.. there is my list of layers and then the items list...
Layers are messed up bad!
