Hi guys-

Hope this is the proper forum, apologies in advance if it's not.

A friend of mine got into the first installment of this game and we both really liked it, and were excited to the new co-op feature on this game and have quested quite a bit.

The problem we are running into is that we are "older" gamers. He's got wife and young kids, etc, so our time to play is limited to a 2-3 hours a few days a week after his kids go to bed, if we're lucky.

As the game progressed, we felt like we were spending way too much time Googling the location of stuff while playing, instead of playing the game itself. I don't mind this when soloing, but with the limited time we had to play co-op, it really slowed the game to crawl the further we got into it.

I know when I played WoW, they had a mod that would show you coordinates of the quest locations and other helpful info. I looked through a lot of mod threads in various forums, youtube channels, etc, and mostly what I am finding is hacks to do things to your characters or party while in-game. Does anything like what I am asking for exist or are we SOL?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

There isn't anything like that currently available. There are plenty of walk-through guides on the web that you can have minimized while you play. I've found that walking through the entire map before starting to execute quests can be very helpful. Many quest objectives automatically add a red or yellow flag on your map. There is a mod for more tooltips on screen that will help reveal missed objects.

It's true, many quest log provide very inadequate info about objectives. The Wiki is basically an indispensable part of the game, which is BS. In some quests you don't get ANY info about what comes next and can only discover by chance.

We don't need hand holding and have map markers for every objective, but have the necessary clues to figure it out. Of course, that comes down to clever writing, which is hit and miss in this game.
