Anij: It is even worse than you think. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> The rate of 0.25 was just an example to say you would not need to change the notation or go into negative numbers if you wanted to add a bonus to Survivor's Instinct. In reality, 1 hit point every 4 seconds (15 per minute) is as good as it gets. However, this was still almost the only healing I needed in the wastelands.
PS Repair level 1 repairs up to 60% durability.
