are we ever going to get an expansion or continuation? i mean the game ends on a cliffhanger with the war with the voidwoken and malady's request

Well it also can end with an end of the war on the Voidwoken^^. But I also hope for an expansion, since Malady had this big build-up and a new questline around would fit perfectly (could also be a good transition and teaser for the third game). But so far, I haven't read anything new about this.

I'd rather they didn't bother, to be honest. Besides, it still needs a lot of patchwork.

Wasn't there supposed to be some announcements on many exciting things for DOS2? I think it was one of those announcements for future annoucement something like back in October. Perhaps I was dreaming it, possible.

The ultimate thing would be something like an expansion the same size of D:OS2 itself, but with the acts developed in parallel so they stay the same quality.

Oh how I would love to continue the adventures of my gang.

Having said that: I'm not sure if I would like starting at level 1 or continuing at level 22 better, both options would be fun.

Qualitywise... I'd love to see more intense, thrilling Fort Joy style stuff and less Arx (or Nameless Island, which was, for me, the weakest part - because it was so "unrelatable").
