This is just my opinion, but you shouldn't just blame your laptop on BSODs and leave it at that. You could get a blue screen or application crashes at any time with broken memory, and corruption could result with important documents / OS files. No doubt if your laptop vendor replaces / tweaks the BIOS settings of the RAM and successfully fixes the problem, your BSODs will be solved too, but if the BSODs aren't stopped it makes a computer so unreliable it's not worth having IMO. You need a stable base to work with, and yours has a 1070 in it, so it doesn't sound cheap.
