WTF are those reactions? There is a solid bug report of either a misleading description or broken skill behaviour. Whaaat are those cocky pointless advices about balance and git gud type of answers.
Good point here, totally agree that the issue exists and can be polished a bit.
I ask myself the same, to be honest.
Let's hope Larian devs take a look at this and fix either the skill buff or the description.
