After 5 minutes of end-game dialogue with Lucian and Dallis, exposition all around about his purpose and what he wanted to do, and giving me dialogue options to choose to sacrifice myself to repair the veil, the game ends with a simple A/B choice of claiming divinity or not - no veil repair, no interaction with Lucian or Dallis, just party members.
What the fuck happened to repairing the veil? You gave me dialogue and options to pick it, Lucian was still around after Braccus dies - what the fuck happened to him? Why would the god-king suddenly APPEAR OUT OF NOWHERE? Why didn't he do that to begin with if he could?? How is it that he can suddenly just grab Divinity in front of ALL OF US GUARDING IT?
Why am I even allowed to CHOOSE to let the god-king win and subjugate everyone?
