As mentioned in the title. I've decreased the benefits you gain from combat points and assume this would require some scripting.

If I'm not wrong, this can be done through simply editing the ExtraData on the Stats Editor. There should be an entry there that sets the amount of ability points gained per level.

I got no noticeable effect with combatabilitygrowth. And I leveled a few times to test it
