Looks like a couple of people have noted this in other forums, but I thought I'd add it here with the other bug-reports.

Basically just what the title says. Fletcher Corbin Day, at the livewood sawmill that Roost and the Lone Wolves have occupied north of Driftwood. After clearing the sawmill you can invite the Fletcher to come to the Lady Vengeance. He agrees to join you, but then he just stays in the same place at the sawmill and never shows up on the ship.

If you talk with him again at the sawmill the dialogue is like he is already on the ship; he talks about how it's nice to join you here on the seas, etc. But he's still at the sawmill.

I tried nearly everything to get this to trigger correctly – tried to control his position during/after the fight, tried to clear out surfaces between him and the exit, even went back and entered the sawmill a different way and did the fight before confronting Roost. Nothing seems to work.

Hopefully it is something that can be easily fixed, because I'd love to have him with me on the ship!

This is known issue, which should be fixed in a future update.

Same issue. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. I've done literally everything in Act 2 and encountered a lot of broken quests which wont finish but this one annoys me the most. I just want to recruit everyone possible before moving on to next act.

Same issue here. I guess I'll hang out in Reapers Coast while we wait for a fix. Afraid to go to the next chapter.

Sorry to dig this subject from the dead but I'd really like to know if we will get that bug fix soonish. As my main character is a ranger I've stopped playing for several months now, hoping to see this issue resolved.

There is not likely to be another update before the release of the Definitive Edition.

You can email your save (or a Dropbox or Google drive link, etc) after completing that quest, and before leaving Reaper's Coast, to supportdos2@larian.com. I can teleport him to the ship in the developer version of the game, which should get everything to work properly after moving to the next act. He can not be teleported to the ship after arriving in the next act, as he would not be in the level in order to teleport.

Each save is a folder in the '..\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2\PlayerProfiles\<ProfileName>\Savegames\Story' folder.
In Windows Explorer you can zip file(s) and folder(s) by right clicking on it/them and selecting 'Send To | Compressed (zipped) Folder'.
