I see lots of people got coupons for DOS2. Why didn't I get one and can I ask for one?
You see, I wish to give it (game/coupon) to my friend who hasn't got the game.

P.S. Recently I crafted a badge level three of DOS2 - is this what triggers the coupons?

I don't know, why I got one and you don't, but I guess you can have mine if you want, don't need it anyway. I did not create any badge in Steam for D:OS2.
