Pretty much with every use the spell Ground Smash attempts to apply the user's weapon effect on the user. I.e. a ground smasher with a silencing sword will try and roll silence on themself with each cast.
I've seen people complaining that this bug also happens with the warrior knockdown rush skill but I haven't tried to reproduce it with that one.
