Do you want to tell ME anything about my own language ? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />
I was writing about the german meaning.
A fat man would be in german ein dicker Mann, but you could use this word also for describing other things.
And El Gordo is in panish - as far as I know - also a big prize. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />
That's what I said. It means fat.
I wasn't refering to what it means in German or Dutch or Flemish. I was refering to what you said that it ment in English.
In German it's used for creatures and items.
In Dutch and Flemish too. But it's written "dik".
In English you use thick for items and fat for ppl.
