There are no extra or missing romance-related outcomes from what I can determine-- surviving characters on the boat will respond to you based on their romance/attitude and the final decision you made, but once you set sail and start the ending scroll, that's it. Their endings are not affected by whether you romanced them or not.
I'm hopeful for future content that expands on each characters' epilogues, but I know I could be waiting a while...
