Post on steam and have no answer,anyone notice this?
I've noticed that oil incarnate does magic damage now, but since when that oil totem no longer grant slow effect? That makes it from one of the best totems to the worst. Try to read through the patch notes and doesn't notice anything regarding the oil totem change. Really Sad.
