Welp I needed to format my computer so I figured that would fix it and nope. I still have the same issue. Makes it impossible to use. I don't know if it's because I have an AMD RX Vega 56 or something else but freshly installed computer and it still has the same issue.
I asked a friend that has a very similar computer setup to mine but with a nvidia card and he doesn't have the problem at all. I really can't think of anything else because there is no log error to check.
If someone in the future finds a fix please post a reply to this. I would love to make a mod for this game but as it stands I can't.
