If a game makes a performance mode it should ALWAYS be 60fps. Period. I hate that on console that 60fps gameplay is kind of unheard of and it’s sad as PC players have are pushing 120+ frames with 60 being the normal since the last console cycle (ps3, 360). As a gamer that plays on console (Xbox One X) I want a 60 FPS option even if it cost me some resolution and eye candy. Please make this happen.
