Any Curse arrow that is used on my single-player party by the Lost Knight in the Temple of Tir-Cendelius leaves a permanent -3 to all stats debuff on that character. It persists through the end of combat, quitting and reloading the game, and Bless does NOT remove it. The only way to avoid it is to jump him at the beginning of the fight and make sure he gets no actions, since he always does it to someone on the first round, and every time it comes off cooldown.

This is maddening.

Clarification: the Lost Knight in the temple of Tir-Cendelius on the Lost Isle is the enemy that does this. I'm able to repeat this as much as I like on this save, at least. Permanent -3 to Intelligence, Strength, and Finesse, no way to remove. Well, I haven't tested if it persists through death, which I don't imagine it does.

The status effect is working as designed. The Lost Knight no longer has the Major Cursing Arrow skill in the latest development version, though, so it will be gone for the Definitive Edition.

I have DE and just noticed this debuff on Red Prince. I only noticed it upon entering the Academy, so I'm not sure where he got it from, but I did just fight everyone at Temple of Tir-Cendelius, including the Lost Knight, fwiw. I managed to get rid of it by having Lohse drop him in lava then moved his corpse back to a safe location and resurrected. But I'm sure that's not how things are supposed to work. Could be a mod, but, not sure.
