You can freely respec with the mirror on the ship. Though getting new skills might prove pretty expensive.
Though being level 11 and have 1 point in Necromancy does not tell us anything really to help you. Necromancy is not that great to keep you alive, armor is much more important than vitality, because armor keeps you from getting cc'ed.
