Yeah, Fletcher doesnt show up for me too. I got Almira, Tarquin and Gareth in, but Fletcher is not there. He stays in lumber mill even if we tell him to go on Lady Vengeance. Not much loss for me cuz i play lone wolf, tank fighter + mage, but he would be useful if i got a ranger... weird bug tho.
