This is a known issue, which will be fixed in a future update (not sure if there will be one before the full release, given the patch process on consoles).
I'm having a display issue that the whole game screen (load screens, character creation, gameplay, etc.) does not fit onto my TV even when adjusting my TV's aspect ratio. There's no option to fit the game to screen. Is this also known?
This graphics glitch also occurs during local co-op as well. I can't determine a consistent pattern to reproduce the issue so it appears to be random.
The glitch doesn't occur enough to ruin the overall experience with the game and is corrected by reloading. That is not to say that the bug shouldn't be fixed, however.
Glad to see it's a known issue and not isolated to my PS4.
i can agree we got this plenty of times during our on going playthroughs, somehow only common threat why it occurs is that after from exiting some sort of meny, character screen inventory etc it then screws upp all language,
