Hello together,

your should know the launcher will crash if you have connected a controller with the GoG version of the game.

I have pulled the controller and the launcher starts fine, but if I connect the Switch Pro controller the launcher shutdown.

Strange bug!

Play with Xbox one Controller and Stick

start the .exe as admin

I can't morph a Switch Pro controller into a Xbox One controller^^

This is more a information for Larian to fix it.
I can start the game without the controller and plug the controller in after the launcher.

Everything is just a workaround, a fix would be much better^^

Can the Switch controller switch between Dinput and Xinput mods?
Uninstalling the drivers may help, though that would also eliminated rumble support.

I don't know, but the controller works well with steam and every game.

The K55 could be the problem, this keyboard from Corsair makes problem with steam and controller :P

But a point for Divinity, Divinity knows the Switch Pro controller and works!

Any other game don't know the controller or just works with steam.

Hi. I am having this issue. The game works with Xinput but when I switch my dongle to Dinput (which allows 2 player co-op), the game crashes on launching. I've tried uninstalling drivers for the controller and dongle. This only happens in Divinity. Dinput works fine with other games. Thank you for any assistance.

Try renaming the EZFRD64.DLL file and reboot your computer. It should be in a folder something like:
c:\Windows\USB Vibration\7906\
