Hi folks,

I did not receive Sir Lora even though I pre-ordered the game via Xbox One Game Preview a week before release. In the store it is listed as a seperate DLC which I have to buy. I did not receive a code via email or anything like that.

Still a great game though, even if it drives me mad sometimes

What is the right process for this work? Would I normally have the DLC automatically enabled or would I receive a code?

This is a known issue and we are working on it.

dont feel bad, sir lora will just instantly die to poison surfaces you have to travel through while questing in fort joy...completely unavoidable and uncontrollable...

Thank you very much. I wasn't quite sure if the fault was with me or not since I did not find similar reports from other Xbox users.

As to Sir Lora dying from poison surfaces: I hope he will work just fine once I'm ready for my second playtrough :p
