The attitude notifications of the classic version is vastly preferable to what has replaced it. With the Definitive Edition you have to scroll back in the conversation to notice any attitude changes, since the notification no longer floats overhead like before. This is so unwieldy and counter-intuitive that I can only believe this is either a bug or an oversight. Don't know if Larian actually reads their forum, but would love for this to be fixed so you both get the old floating notification and the new inferior one.
