maybe even a new skill similer to enchant.
like...
level 1: can take one charm out of any charmed item
level 2: can take two charms out of any charmed item
and so and so forth <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
maybe to get the skill you would have to do a certian quest or something like that.
