Im in Fort Joy, had the collar taken off, squared up with a couple magisters right in front of the statue where Loshe is, she wasn't in my party, she was just hanging out but she got caught in the crossfire and ended up dead. Her body looks like petrified wood now, I can use a scroll on her, is she gone for good or.....?

The forum is indeed operated by Larian, but the person most able to answer your question is quite busy with technical support issues in general. I'm afraid I don't have an answer.

The number of views can include things like search engines and doesn't represent how many people have looked; but even if some were actual people, they may likewise not have had an answer for you.

If they die in this manner, they're gone for good. Just like if you fight and kill them. I killed Sebille in my current playthrough. If you don't see their "spirit" hovering over their corpse, you can't target them with Resurrection. If they're not in your party, then they're just like any other neutral NPC - you can't resurrect them.

there is a slight chance that she'll appear in Lady Vengeance when you first arrive there. at lest that's what happened to Red Prince in our game(I hate this guy so I usually always kill him on a ship...and later on a beach).
but in general only members of your party can be resurrected by a scroll. if they are not in your party or just unlucky friendly npc - they're dead

Thank you everyone who were able to respond I truly do appreciate the input. I have sense started a new game considering the fact that she may not be able to be resurrected and I may want to use her in a later stage of the game. Thank you all again.
