Hm, the only thing I could think of (besides loading a very old save) is asking Larian (Raze) to bring Maxine back from the dead in the save file because I think that no modder knows enough (or in my case: basically nothing) about the info stored in the save files.
If you're also an achievement completionist, I doubt that getting them all can be done in a single playthrough because some might be mutually exclusive (although I'm not sure since I never cared about them).
