*Spoilers ahead*
This is about one of the major fights on Bloodmoon Island.
The Advocate's group and the Black Ring group are enemies, so it would make sense that, if you start a fight with the Black Ring group, and lead them back to the Advocate's group, the latter should join in too. It will be a big fight and there will probably be a lot of things going on, but it should be interesting. It will be a much easier fight (unless the Advocate's group are your enemies too), but this is just another approach for this fight.
As it is right now, the Advocate and his minions totally ignore the Black Rings if you lure the Black Rings to the Advocate's camp.
