For ... dialogue reasons, I've been trying to get the villain tag in fort joy and I haven't managed at all.
I killed the kitty at the beach (that one really stung), ignored everyone on the ship, sold out the pyromancy vendor for the drudanae (but then killed his assailant, maybe that has an impact?), killed verdas, killed the elf right after I got him out of the cage, and killed the elf mother that's hanging out near Fane/turtles. Sided with the thugs which got Elodia and Ifan dead. Also killed the guy near dead that's being cared for by the polymorph vendor, which prompted her to attack me so I killed her as well.
Still no villain tag.
Given that you get the hero tag after plucking some flower and talking to a couple of npcs I kind of feel like villain gets the short end of the stick given all the hoops I've jumped through and haven't acquired it at all.
