I found the same with the last 3 bugs too.
The only issue I had with Roost was his men interrupting his dialogue after I stole from them (I allowed search and they walked away), then I tried to enter dialogue with him again and it was impossible. Not really the same kind of issue though, I could have reloaded if I wanted to.
