i'm playing with a laptop too and it rarely heats to 60-70 degrees.
I guess only general things can be suggested:
-clear the dust of your laptop and change the thermal paste.
-use the cooling pad
-change settings to be lower
-use game mode if you're in windows10
-set graphics card to performance instead of quality
and etc... there all usually reduce the temperature significantly, but the quality may suffer
