Hmm, well I didnt realize that glasses.exe was an actual file.
It's not, sorry. It's the name of the editor in our internal builds. The public version is called differently.

Ah. The reference is to a file in the folder of the "Classic" version of the game. You probably selected the classic version's Data folder instead of the Enhanced Edition's data folder. You can edit the file "The Divinity Engine 2\DefEd\Config\Config.xml" and change the "<DataPath>" setting there so it points to "Divinity Original Sin 2\DefEd\Data\" (currently, it probably points to "Divinity Original Sin 2\Data\".
That should fix the startup crash.
