I've posted this on the Divinity 2 technical problems section but I haven't gotten any replies.

I'll explain a shorter version here, when portraits are rendered on the engine they all appear to be looking to to right, this happens to custom characters in story mode as well.

Is this a bug? or is possible to render them like before?
here is my atlas

as you can see the beardy dwarves are specially messed up looking.

I'm not sure exactly what the problem is. What are you comparing with in contrast? Some portraits are pre-made, not actually generated in the photobooth level, like the origin portraits for example. Multiple NPCs too. Once you use the mirror, it generates a new portrait every time, in case you've made any visual changes, that's why the portrait changes then. This is also why some people complain their portrait being "uglier" after using the mirror.

So if you'd like to change that, you'd have to mod the photobooth level and adjust the cameras for every race/gender respectively to your liking.

Sorry if I was consuming with my phrasing.

Unfortunately I don't have a picture of my atlas before this problem, but basically imagine if all the portraits in that image were looking to the left before (like default portraits from the game) and now they look to the right.

I haven't changed anything about the camera settings or the photobooth level, I just woke up one day, I modified one of the Characters (added a beard basically) then I used the rendering option on the engine, every custom portrait was generated looking to the right. (like they would do in the story mode with the custom characters)

So my question is, how can I switch them back to the way they were being generated before?

Modifying the photobooth to your liking, most likely.

Are there any tutorials on how to do so? or is there a certain parameter that I need to modify?

Cause no matter what I do with the camera's position, rotation etc, even if I put it behind the character it'll generate the same portrait.

Just move the cameras around to point in your prefered angle. You may also have to define the photobooth level in project settings. Possibly.

the photobooth level is defined.

no matter what angle I changed the camera two, the portrait will still generate the same as before, even tried rotation the character
