I found three different Frame Runes which seem to have disappeared from my pack some time after picking them up and seeing them in the pack. I did not put them into any other containers, they were at top level in my pack.
The first two I do not recall where I picked them up from. The third I got from Mordus' lich room. I saw it in my pack immediately after I picked it up. I saw it again later that night before I stopped playing. Then today it was gone. I didn't notice or think to look until I had been playing for a couple of hours.
