So I managed to not save Meistr Siva in Act 2, didn't know that they would kill her.
I got a letter with a combination of the save in her house but I can't manage to open the hatched to go underground, any help?
The letter says:
15R 34L 23R 35R 9R 16L 33L 35R 51L 1L
Tried to do it in that order but that didn't work, am I doing something wrong?

Well you can save Siva if you go for her at first
But anyway, the letter is your key, seems like you mess something up.
Just do Right>Left>Right>Right>Right>Left>Left>Right>Left>Left

And the hatch will open.

In my game, as soon as I came out of that 'vision', the fat things just beamed in, ate Siva's face, and only then did combat start.

You can save her if you go straight to her after landing at Reaper's Coast, dont do anything else just go to the place where she hangs, she's still alive, barely but alive. If you do any other stuff you'll find her dead hanging on the rope.

In my game only one of the characters gets the dialogue option "enter the combination" (the one who picked up the crumpled note?) so try opening the hatch with each of your people in turn.
