Post character creation (when the intro video should be playing), we get a black screen and you can hit escape to hear the menu sounds, but nothing appears. Issue started today, and we tried a vanilla install with zero mods to see if there was something in there causing the issue. Same problem with no mods - black screen, nothing happens.
