I decided to not sacrifice my skillpoints and blood to the vampire in order to save the boy. So i let him kill the boy and saved my valuable Bonus Points. He dosn't gave me reward, so i decided to end his life.
Just for info: He gives some xp and disappears after dying without loot. I tried 3 times to kill him, he never droped loot, only xp.
