I'm level 12, close to 13 & I'm lost where to go & what to do. I basically wonder when to kill the Witch to turns cows into humans back & when to go to Blackpits.
I got my second source point from Mordus, who I made dead by pressing him talk, so he exploded.
Completed following:
A Danger to Herself and Others
A Man and His Dog
A Web of Desire
Aggressive Takeover
An Existential Crisis
Counting Your Chickens
Drowning Her Sorrows
Eithne the Trader
Grebb the Scholar
Hide & Seek
Lost and Found
Powerful Awakening
Red Ink in the Ledger
Shadow over Driftwood
Speaking in Forked Tongues
Strange Cargo
Stranger in a Strange Land
The Burning Prophet
The Driftwood Arena
The Law of the Order
The Missing Magisters
The Snoozing Adventurer
The Ugly Little Bird
The Wrecked Caravan
They Shall Not Pass

I also done scarecrows & honeybears, any other thing I missed?

If you're close to 13, you can start progressing into the Black Pits. If you hit 13 around the entrance of that area you should be fine.

There's a quest you could also start now and get a bit more XP and hopefully you'll hit 13, which has to do with the glowing skull in the basement of the house Lohar original asked you to investigate in Driftwood. It's called A Taste of Freedom.

There are also a couple of fights in the graveyards good for level 12 but I don't know if you have done them. One of them starts the quest Heroes' Rest, which gives a good amount of XP and treasure.

The fight with Alice Alisceon the Witch can be pretty tough; it's best if you wait until level 15 or so.

Also done A Taste for Freedom, just forgot to copy-paste it.
I have done most of the graveyard except Heroes's Rest. I feel like I'm not ready for that.

Is it possible to complete Lone Wolfs/Elvs/Sahelia's quest at level 13?

The Heroes' Rest fight is level 11, so you should be fine.

Yes it's possible to clear the Cullwoods Mill area and finish Saheila's quest at level 13. I went through it at level 12 on Tact right after Heroes' Rest. I didn't mean to start fighting but it just happened, so I went along with it and turned out the Cullwoods Mill fights weren't that bad. After clearing Cullwoods Mill I was at level 13 and moved on to the Blackpits area.

From here you can wrap up A Generous Offer, The Midnight Oil, The Elven Seer, A Trial for All Seasons, Heroes' Rest. You can also go to find Hannag in the Cloisterwood since she's connected to Gwydian. Pick whatever fights you want to tackle first.

Hannag has always been one of my favorite characters. She is the perfect mix of noble teacher and cunning weasel in my book and Zahara from Love has a Price is just to loveable to kill for some reason, but you should enjoy it in your own way and have fun!

Completed Sawmill - except Bark's bite - can't find the designer of Sawmill.
Advanced Red Prince Story & completed Heroes Rest.
But unfortunately, Magisters in Blackpits are level 16 or I simply don't know how to save Nikor or simply win that fight.

The encounter with Reimond is probably best tackled when you're at least level 15. I didn't bother with saving the Black Ring captives, but I imagine in order to prevent Reimond from killing them, you'd have to incapacitate him almost immediately, and never give him a chance to do anything until he's dead. It's hard to pull that off if you're not at least level 15 (and have some level-15 gear). There are probably ways to cheese it, of course (using Death Fog or some such).

You can try wrapping up the deal with Ryker, and after that progress into either Paradise Down or Bloodmoon Island, before finally coming back for Reimond.

Here are some ideas for more XP at level 13.

From the image, you haven't finished Treated like Cattle, which can be done at level 9. The only trick to it is knowing the recipe to create a second potion to cancel the polymorph on both cows. There is a book that tells you how to do it. However, to read it, it requires a character with both Scholar and Mystic Traits. You have Fain, who happens to have these, so no problem for you. Otherwise, check YouTube and you should be able to find the recipe.

Another option for picking up some XP is the trolls. They are immune to physical CCs. However, both are vulnerable to being shocked and stunned. Set up you party for this and then just keep the respective damage type applied. At level 13, it shouldn't take too long to bring them down.

I don't see Opposites Attract or The Merchant in your list.

Another option for more XP is to pick off the Magisters in Driftwood. The two with source hounds on the west side of town will attack unless you persuade them otherwise.

Month old thread, but w/e.

Go to black moon isle, explore the island without getting into actual fights; you should get something like 100k exp for just exploring, talking, and siccing voidwoken on the advocate. Then again, at lvl 13 you actually can beat most of the enemies there except the black ring doing stuff around the tree.
