I looked at the stuff I got with my edition (some documents and artwork) and I didn't find anything. But the Lizards once were planned as a more aboriginial civilisation, which I found interesting. Otherwise it's still the Ancient Empire. Fitting if you ask me. They probably still think, that they are the only Empire in the world, so they don't need a name^^.
