I don't hear anything but ambient noises at x:409 y:334, after loading a save before leaving town and heading straight there (with a perception of 15). After triggering the ambush and killing the group of undead near the church, the only thing making noises were the group of ghosts near the waypoint, when the characters were close enough to hear them. I don't know what that button does, or is suppose to do.
