The armors that makes this bug happend
This armor combo makes it so one armor applies silence on the user and the other cures it. It does this apply and cure thing every 4 seconds and every time it happens every ability that is being cast stops. This can be really annoying when trying to evaluate your choices and then suddenly I need to reactivate my skill to see what is in range. This is made worse by the fact that most of the time when you start casting there will be around 2 seconds until it stops.
