I'm having a strange issue where the game will get stuck on one frame. Essentially, the game is playing and I can use the keyboard or if I happen to scroll over something I can interact with it will work. But the screen is just stuck on one frame. It's almost like the visual are permanently lagged.
It typically happens when the graphics gets more intense -- explosion, camera move/rotate at same time, etc. So it seems like its hitting the GPU and bugs out.
I've turned down the graphics to lowest setting, reduced resolution, and reinstalled but it doesn't make a difference.
I've played for several months with relatively no issues. This started happening on Wednesday of this past week.
