They are primarily iterations based on popular community made mods to make them available to console players. To that degree, they still very much quality as mods so I find it to be expected that they should disable achievements just like any other mods out there. They're designed outside how how the game was designed to be played, and from which achievements were intended for. So beating the game with 8 ap instead of 4/6 lessens the difficulty of the game, thus the achievement isn't really an achievement because it's not operating under that circumstance... I'm rambling.

But yeah. Achievements being disabled is intended and not a bug.
