Can you load your earlier saves, that worked before yesterday? If so, most likely there is a problem with your recent saves. In that case, please reply to the support email with your latest save, as well as the most recent working save and oldest which gives this error.
Apologies for late reply, I've not been able to play until today. No saves will load. As an experiment I started a new story, went through the tutorial deck, did autosaves, a quicksave and a normal save, then quit the game. I immediately relaunched the game, and none of these saves will load either. I get a new error message now, however: it says 'savegame failed, error code [1]'.
