Actuall in the Sacred demo that is not a disadvantage. While both are moving you auto target and hit the monster. At first I thought this was only true if you were galloping away with the monster following straight behind you, but it is also true if you circle around him and he is also moving. Your accuracy depends on your % chance to hit, and not whether you are both moving. It is devastatingly effective.
