In the timeline I reveal that the first Baldur's Gate game is officially a five month long story, beginning in Mirtul (The May month of the Forgotten Realms) to Marpenoth (The Forgotten Realms's October), meaning the hero of the game canonically spent five months journeying around the Sword Coast battling the Iron Throne prior to the events of Siege of Dragonspear.
