When I try to equip skills to my hotbar, the game does not open the menu with all of my skills in a grid. Instead, it keeps opening the menu where I memorize/unmemorize skills, and this menu is also glitched and cannot be navigated. I cannot go up and down in the menu, and the skills names are mixed up. The workaround that I have been using is to just unmemorize all of my skills and re-memorize them in the order I want them to be in my hotbar since the game will automatically put them in my hotbar.

The problem is now becoming game breaking. I just got the source vampirism ability in the game, but I can't equip it because it's not a skill I can memorize or unmemorize like my workaround relies on. At this point, I can't equip any innate source/race/generic abilities to my hotbar (source vampirism, encourage, dome of protection, flee combat, etc) and it's breaking my game.

For reference, this is a co-op play through on PS4 with 40+ hours sunk into it.

This is a known issue since the last update, when playing in split screen co-op, which should be fixed in a future update.
As a workaround, though annoying, if the second player leaves the game, you should be able to adjust your hotbars (passing the controller to the other player as required), and then have them re-join.
