GTA:VS had that hollywoodish gore, estethical gore I would say.

The weirdest thing I remember was Blood, both Blood 1 and 2.
I'd like to see some game with high "shock value" (thanks Womb, good expression). Blood 3 is expected to be the scariest thing ever made
